Real Madrid vs Mallorca: matchups, results, statistics and goals
Both teams have a unique history of head-to-head clashes in national competitions
Real Madrid is rushing its preparations to host Real Mallorca at Santiago Bernabéu. This match of matchday 3 of the current league campaign is, for now, the latest game in a rivalry much longer than it seems.
In fact, both teams have faced each other in the three national competitions almost since their inception, with results almost always favorable to the Spanish capital squad. Real Madrid has won 46 out of the 75 matches it has played against the Bermellón club throughout its history.

Laliga
In the top national competition, one can find the most extensive records of matches between Real Madrid and Real Mallorca. Both teams, with the match at Santiago Bernabéu still to be played, have played a total of 66 games in the first division of our country.
The Merengue side has emerged victorious on 43 occasions, losing eleven matches and ending in a draw in another twelve games. The goal records for and against are much more striking: 140 goals for and 58 goals against.
The matches at Son Moix are usually much more challenging than those held in Madrid, as the statistics show: this is proven by the nine draws and seven defeats recorded in Mallorca... compared to the three draws and four defeats historically recorded at Santiago Bernabéu.
Copa del Rey
The six matches of this competition that Real Madrid and Real Mallorca have played so far end with a majority of Madrid defeats. The only match won is the final of the 22/23 campaign, played at La Cartuja, won thanks to the brace scored by Rodrygo Goes.
Of the three matches played at Santiago Bernabéu in Copa del Rey, Real Madrid has recorded one win, one draw, and one loss. The statistics are clearly worse in the matches played in the Balearic capital: all losses in a competitive stage that has always "choked" the white team. The goal difference says it all: five goals for and ten against.

Spanish Super Cup
The numbers in the Spanish Super Cup restore the majority of Madrid victories, although it is thanks to a narrow margin. In fact, it is a minimal difference, considering that the Merengue club has only two wins out of three possible matches. The remaining match stays in Real Mallorca's column, also as a win.
In this case, the goal difference is five goals in favor of the white club. With seven goals scored and another two conceded in the Spanish Super Cup, Real Madrid keeps its superiority in two of the three national competitions against Real Mallorca.
