Revealed: Madrid is considering signing a midfielder, the deal is very close
Abdellah Ouazane has successfully passed two new medical tests, and Florentino Pérez is considering reactivating his signing
Real Madrid doesn't lose sight of Abdellah Ouazane. The young Moroccan midfielder, only 16 years old, is back on the club's radar after passing key medical exams.
The player underwent new tests at the UMC medical center in Amsterdam. Two specialists participated and both agreed: Ouazane is completely healthy and fit.
This new medical report has changed the scenario. According to Defensa Central, Real Madrid is seriously considering reactivating its signing.
His signing is being considered again
The operation had been put on hold last week. The reason was an unclear result in the first medical tests. That made the club stop the process.
Now, after the latest reports, the story has taken a turn. At Valdebebas, they're studying the option of having the player travel to Madrid to repeat the exams at the club's facilities.
If he passes those checks, the deal would be practically closed. Ouazane would sign for three seasons.

Real Madrid isn't the only one interested. Major European clubs have been following him for months, but Los Blancos were the first to make a move. The idea was clear: bet on him as part of Castilla's and the first team's future.
The initial plan was for Ouazane to start in Juvenil A and then make the jump to Castilla. All under Arbeloa's guidance. His potential is enormous and the club considers him a gem to be polished.
Ajax, his original club, tried to renew his contract with three renewal offers, all of them rejected by the player. That opened the door to his departure and even FC Barcelona asked about him.

2x1, his brother would also sign
The signing included a special clause. His brother, Zakaria Ouazane, a striker with good physique, would also join. His destination: Real Madrid C, but everything was put on hold after the medical doubts.
Now, if the green light is confirmed at Valdebebas, both brothers could wear white this summer. Real Madrid doesn't want to let this Moroccan talent, U-17 Africa champion and leader of his national team, slip away.
The coming weeks will be key. The deal is closer than ever.
