Rodrygo's social media post about his future that everyone is talking about

Rodrygo surprises on social media with his statements about his future

Rodrygo's future is once again a topic of conversation this summer, just like last year. Doubts about his continuity or a possible move to the Premier League have increased. Especially after the end of the season, when he was sidelined due to some physical discomfort.

However, with Xabi Alonso's arrival, everything could've taken an unexpected turn in his situation. He doesn't want to fuel rumors any further about what's going to happen with him. He did so with a post on social media where he seems to make clear what's going to happen with his future.

Training sessions have already started and he's posted several photos of himself on Twitter. Running, controlling a ball, or trying to get past an opponent during a practice match. He accompanied it with a caption that seems very eloquent: "Happy" along with smile, white heart, and soccer ball emojis.

With that post, he seems to "settle" the debate and show that he wants to stay at Real Madrid. In fact, he reportedly had a conversation with Xabi Alonso in which they discussed plans for the season. The Brazilian is joining the Basque's project for next season.

England keep insisting on signing Rodrygo

Despite Rodrygo's statement of intent, the truth is that in England, they aren't losing track of him. Several teams are interested in acquiring the former Santos player. Especially Arsenal, which is showing the most intensity in the market regarding his possible departure.

They know they can offer him a great contract and the security of getting plenty of minutes as a starter. Above all, the chance to play on the left wing, one of the requests Madrid doesn't grant him. Even so, it doesn't seem like Rodrygo is reconsidering a departure for now.

However, the Club World Cup could be decisive in clarifying his future this summer. If Rodrygo isn't a starter and finds himself with few opportunities under Xabi Alonso, he could look for a way out. In that case, he would look to the Premier League, although it seems unlikely.
