Roncero Reveals Huge Offer Ancelotti Received Last Summer, It wasn't from Arabia

The journalist has spoken about Ancelotti's future and the great offer he had in the summer

The name of Ancelotti has been in the spotlight several times over the past few months. First, it was with the Brazilian federation that wanted to take him as a coach. However, the Italian's renewal with Real Madrid definitively closed that door.

Then it was from Saudi Arabia where they strongly bid for Ancelotti, but the result was the same. More recently, it was after the defeat in the Clásico in the Supercopa final. There were many voices calling for his dismissal to immediately start a new era.

However, we also learned about another great offer that Ancelotti had on the table last summer. It was Tomás Roncero on El Chiringuito who revealed the interested club. And it wasn't from Saudi Arabia, but rather a powerful European club.

"Last summer Manchester United knocked on his door with a big offer," the journalist revealed. Amid all the problems with Ten Hag and looking for a replacement, they sounded out Ancelotti. However, they couldn't convince him, and ultimately there was no movement at Old Trafford.

Ancelotti is very clear about his future despite all the rumors

Despite the many rumors that have circulated, it seems Ancelotti is clear about what will happen with his future. Once he decides to leave Real Madrid, he won't go to any other bench and will retire. Tomás Roncero has revealed what the Italian's plans are.

"I'm not leaving Madrid, when I leave Madrid I will have left the Everest of football and will retire," he reportedly replied. According to the journalist, that is Carletto's mindset regarding his future. That's why he didn't accept the offer that came from Manchester United this past summer.

Roncero indicated that "he appreciated it a lot" because it was United, but he didn't even want to listen. He concludes by saying that Ancelotti assured, "for me, Real Madrid is non-negotiable." Therefore, not even a great offer seems to tempt him to leave.
