Jesús Fortea's Sensational Goal That Puts Carlo Ancelotti Against the Ropes
The youth player keeps knocking on the door for more minutes with the first team.
The name Jesús Fortea is causing the most complications for Real Madrid in recent days. He is considered the full-back with the most potential in the entire youth academy. However, he hasn't broken into the first team even with Dani Carvajal's injury.
Ancelotti hasn't included him even in the squad, and that has created uncertainty about his future. Real Madrid wanted to ensure his continuity with a contract renewal. But for now, he hasn't wanted to say yes to see what options he has.

Meanwhile, he continues to focus on his own game, demanding more presence within the club. He did so this Saturday with a stunning goal in the match of Juvenil A against Unión Adarve. It took him less than six minutes to showcase his quality and open the scoring of the match.
He did it in a solo play, positioning himself to shoot from outside, but deceiving all the defenders. Instead of shooting, he made a couple of cuts and entered the area. There, he ended up beating the goalkeeper, making it clear to Ancelotti that he is ready for anything.
Fortea Wants to Take a Step Forward but Ancelotti Hasn't Fully Trusted
Fortea's doubts about his renewal stem from the little prominence he is having. When Carvajal got injured, he started training with the first team to take his place. He was expected to be Lucas Vázquez's replacement when the Galician wasn't available.

But ultimately, Ancelotti opted for Fede Valverde in that position, even though it's not his. Moreover, against Deportiva Minera, it was Loren Aguado who was on the field. Meanwhile, Fortea has only been able to play matches with the third team, Real Madrid C.
He hasn't even received a call from Raúl for Castilla, something that has made him pause his renewal. In the summer, he will see what changes occur on the benches and the plans of the new coaches. But until then, he continues knocking on the door for more minutes with higher categories.
