Serious Incident Involving Mbappé's Mother in France, Signing for Madrid Takes a Toll

In France, they remain angry about Kylian's departure and demonstrate it against his mother.

The Arrival of Mbappé at Real Madrid was a saga that dragged on for several years. But last season, Kylian made it clear that he wasn't going to renew his contract with PSG. Despite the pressure, he remained firm and ended up joining the white team in the summer.

This has made it so that in France they hate Mbappé since he signed for Real Madrid. We have seen it the two times the white team has played in the French country this season. Against Lille and against Brest, he was met with a loud boo every time he touched the ball.

But his signing for Madrid is also starting to take a toll on his mother, Fayza Lamari. She has had a serious incident that shows how the situation is right now. They are harshly criticizing her and her son for a decision they made.

Mbappé paid nearly 20 million euros to become the majority shareholder of Caen. A Ligue 2 team that is not going through a good time as it is fighting not to be relegated. This has sparked tempers as seen in recent matches.

Caen Fans Against Fayza Lamari and Kylian Mbappé

Caen fans don't seem very happy with Mbappé being the shareholder of their club. In fact, recently at a match, they showed banners against his mother. "Fayza, the hicks are in the s..." could be read on one of them.

The climate of tension is increasing, and if they don't manage to turn around the team's situation, it could become unsustainable. The president of Caen has wanted to mediate and has sided with Mbappé and his mother. In fact, he has stated that "the criticism directed at the shareholders lacks understanding."

He continued with his speech: "They are true soccer fans who are deeply committed. Although they can be discreet, it is important to highlight that this commitment is far from being a game for them. We are all united in this commitment, and that is not in doubt."
