The 7 Real Madrid Footballers Maldini Would Sell in Summer, Total Revolution
The journalist pretended to be the white team's sporting director and would sell Lucas, Alaba, Mendy, Tchouameni, Modric, Rodrygo, and Arda Güler
Julio Maldonado, better known as Maldini, has once again shaken the Real Madrid environment. This time he has done it from his YouTube channel, where he has proposed a deep restructuring of the white team.
His proposal includes several purchases, but what has surprised the most are the names he suggests selling.
The journalist has drawn up a list of seven footballers who, in his view, should leave the club next summer market. Some names are expected. Others, not so much.
The Departures Proposed by Maldini
The first on his list is Lucas Vázquez. Maldini believes that the Galician has completed a cycle at the club and that his role as a substitute no longer makes much sense.
Next is David Alaba. The Austrian, who arrived as a star signing in 2021, has seen his performance drop due to injuries. For Maldini, he doesn't justify his salary or his current role.
Ferland Mendy is another one highlighted. Although he has improved this season, the journalist considers that Real Madrid needs a more offensive and physically reliable full-back.

More surprising is the case of Aurélien Tchouameni. Maldini acknowledges his talent, but believes he hasn't fully adapted to the team's style. For him, there are better alternatives in the market.
He also includes Luka Modric. The Croatian is a club legend, but at 38 years old, Maldini believes it's time to make way for younger players.
One of the names that has had the most impact is Rodrygo Goes. Although he has been a starter in many phases of the season, the analyst considers that the Brazilian hasn't made the desired leap. In his opinion, Real Madrid could cash in on him.

Finally, Arda Güler. The young Turkish talent has had few minutes and, for Maldini, hasn't yet shown that he has a place in such a demanding squad.
A Total Revolution
Maldini hasn't stopped at sales. He has also suggested several signings to strengthen the most weakened areas. His approach points to a more physical, faster Real Madrid with a shorter but competitive squad.
The proposal has caused debate on social media. Some see logic in his approaches. Others don't understand why names like Rodrygo or Tchouameni are on the list.
The truth is that summer is approaching. And if Maldini has made anything clear, it's that Real Madrid needs a revolution.
