Where to watch Real Madrid-Pachuca, schedule and what time the World Cup match is
The white club is seeking its first victory in this edition of the Club World Cup
Real Madrid's draw against Al-Hilal in the opening matchday of the Club World Cup has caused the white club to now have a great urgency to rack up wins. So much so that, to secure its place in the knockout rounds, it must defeat Pachuca and RB Salzburg. The first of those challenges is closer than ever.
Xabi Alonso arrives with a list of available players identical to the match against the Mexican side. Despite what happened with Kylian Mbappé in recent days, when acute gastroenteritis forced him to be admitted to a Miami hospital to recover, nothing has changed. The Bondy striker was already ruled out before the clash against Al-Hilal due to a fever.

As things stand, the Tolosa manager will be without the footballing services of Dani Carvajal, Eduardo Camavinga, Antonio Rüdiger, Éder Militão, David Alaba, and the aforementioned Kylian Mbappé. Endrick and Ferland Mendy, also injured, stayed in Madrid to speed up their recovery processes.
The only player at risk of suspension that Real Madrid has for the Club World Cup is Vinícius Jr. The "7" verdeamarelo received a yellow card in the debut against Al-Hilal for attempting to provoke a foul. If he receives another booking, he would serve a yellow card suspension in the last match of the group stage, against RB Salzburg.
Decisive match
Real Madrid will face a Pachuca side that also needs to pick up all three points at the halfway point of the group stage of this 2025 Club World Cup. Jaime Lozano's players lost their match against RB Salzburg and have dropped to the bottom position in group H.
The Mexican squad arrives without notable medical absences for the match against Real Madrid, so the new coach of the North American team will have all the called-up players available. Center-back Federico Pereira is the only player at risk of suspension that Pachuca currently has: he would miss the clash against Al-Hilal if he is booked again.

The match between Real Madrid and Pachuca will be played at Bank of America Stadium. Both teams will meet today, Sunday, June 22, 2025, at 9:00 p.m. in a match refereed by Brazilian Ramon Abatti and Venezuelan Juan Soto Arévalo.
This match can be watched on the DAZN platform, completely free of charge. It will also be broadcast over the air on Telecinco, a Mediaset España channel. The match can be followed live in detail on the Defensa Central website.
