Xabi Alonso chooses new mansion in Madrid, it won't be in La Moraleja or La Finca.
The coach from Donostia will live in El Viso, a top-level neighborhood in Chamartín, located just a few meters from Santiago Bernabéu
Xabi Alonso is already preparing for his return to the capital. Everything points to him being the new coach of Real Madrid. Although the club hasn't officially confirmed it yet, his arrival on the white bench is imminent.
The Basque coach, who has succeeded this season with Bayer Leverkusen, has taken an important step before signing: choosing his new home in Madrid.
chooses El Viso: discreet top-level in the heart of the city
Unlike other coaches and players of Real Madrid, Xabi Alonso won't live in La Moraleja or La Finca. Nor in Boadilla del Monte, usual areas among soccer figures.
The former footballer has opted for El Viso, a central and exclusive neighborhood, located in the Chamartín district. It's a few minutes from Santiago Bernabéu stadium and the Valdebebas Sports City.

El Viso stands out for its tranquility, privacy, and high-level architecture. Its streets are filled with single-family chalets. The square meter exceeds €12,000 in many properties. It's a neighborhood that combines urban life with discretion and top-level.
Alonso's mansion is a true real estate gem. It's a five-story chalet with more than 10,764 sq. ft. (1,000 square meters) built. It's valued at €15 million and features six bedrooms, eight bathrooms, several locker rooms, a cinema room, private garden, pool, and underground garage.
Until recently, it was rented for €25,000 monthly. The house also includes state-of-the-art home automation technology.
a planned and personal return
Xabi Alonso knows Madrid well. During his time as a white player, he already lived in El Viso. Therefore, this decision is no coincidence: it's a return to a familiar environment.

He will live in the capital with his wife Nagore Aranburu and their three children. His choice prioritizes proximity to work, comfort, and privacy.
From his new home, he will be just minutes from the Bernabéu and will also have a direct connection to Valdebebas, where he will train the first team.
Alonso's signing hasn't been announced yet, but everything is ready for his new life in Madrid. His future as Real Madrid's coach is about to begin.
