Tristán Celador will join Xabi Alonso's coaching staff as an analyst focusing on individualized work
Xabi Alonso has started shaping his coaching staff at Real Madrid. The Basque coach has decided to include a very well-known name within the club: Tristán Celador.
The former Infantil A coach will join the coaching staff as an analyst. He will have a role focused on the individual development of the footballers. His work will be key to improving each player's specific performance in training sessions and matches.
Trust relationship from La Fábrica
Celador's selection is not a coincidence. Xabi and he have kept a close relationship since the time they coincided at La Fábrica. The current white coach was in charge of Infantil A, and it was then that both forged a very solid professional connection.
From day one, Xabi valued Celador's analytical and developmental approach. His way of working with young players, his tactical vision, and his ability to spot details made him a standout figure within the youth academy structure.

Tristán Celador is one of the most experienced coaches who have worked at Valdebebas. In the 2023-24 season, he managed Infantil A.The following season, he was part of the women's first team coaching staff, under Alberto Toril's orders.
His experience in different categories of the club, both in development and at the elite level, gives him a versatile profile that Xabi wants to take advantage of. In addition, he knows Real Madrid's methodology in depth, something the new coach considers essential to integrate into his project.
First piece of the new coaching staff
This addition marks the first move in the new Real Madrid coaching staff. Xabi Alonso wanted to start by surrounding himself with people he fully trusts, with a past at the club and internal knowledge of its structure.
Celador's mission will be to analyze the individual performance of the players. His work will be crucial to enhance strengths and correct weaknesses in the squad.

With this decision, Xabi Alonso shows his commitment to homegrown talent. He also makes it clear that, during his time in charge of the white bench, he wants to rely on discreet, effective profiles with Madridist DNA.
