Endrick Went to Florentino's Office and Told Him to His Face, His Future Clarified

The future of the Brazilian footballer at Real Madrid is not very clear

One of the most criticized first-team players since the current season began is Endrick. The young verdeamarelo forward arrived in Santiago Bernabéu locker room at just 18 years old, hoping to carve out a place in the European soccer elite from the start of his career. But he is barely getting any playing time due to technical decisions.

Carlo Ancelotti has barely counted on him in the months we've been in the 24/25 season. His appearances in LaLiga and Champions League matches, except for rare starts, have been scarce both in form and time: he only gets the last minutes of several matches. Despite this 'against' situation, the South American footballer has scored many more goals than expected.

A different situation occurs in the Copa del Rey. Leaving schemes with more rotations for the 'K.O. tournament', the Reggiolo coach has allowed more minutes to an Endrick who doesn't disappoint the expectations that Madrid fans have placed. His goals against Celta de Vigo in the round of 16, during extra time, allowed the team to advance to the next round.

He is also responsible for Real Madrid going into the second leg of the Copa del Rey semifinals against Real Sociedad with a one-goal advantage. His goal scored at the Reale Arena puts the merengue entity ahead in the last great chance for Imanol Alguacil's pupils to win a title this season. Despite his merits, Endrick can't establish himself as the alternative to Kylian Mbappé in the center-forward position.

All Clarified

His few and brief appearances on the field have sparked much discussion and have led to the emergence of rumors in the transfer market. Endrick is the target of several clubs from the Old Continent, who would be seeking his loan... aware that the white sports management will not let such a promising soccer talent be transferred.

After evaluating what has happened since he joined the first team, facing those rumors that place him far from Real Madrid, Endrick has opened up to Florentino Pérez.  The Taguatinga striker joined the white club to succeed, which is why he makes it clear that "I'm sorry, president, I'm not going on loan".

"I want to succeed here and will keep fighting for playing time," Endrick states. Despite his minimal opportunities, the Madridist '16' understands that his place is in Santiago Bernabéu locker room. This firm decision, according to the information published by the As newspaper, is based on the "satisfaction" of his first season as a first-team player for the whites.

Additionally, Endrick "knows he has a lot to prove and must face fierce competition" to get much more playing time than he has accumulated so far. The competitive nature of the Brazilian forward ensures, at least for one more season, his continuity at Real Madrid.
