Xabi Alonso's favorite shows off his first trophy, peak excitement for Madridists

The Club World Cup left one name above all: Gonzalo García. The youth academy product scored 4 goals and was the tournament's top scorer. Xabi Alonso put his trust in him, and the truth is that he couldn't have replied better.

Thanks to his strong performance, he earned the trust of his coach and the entire club. He's experiencing a spectacular few months, and it's the closest thing to a dream. In fact, today, he received the award that recognizes him as the "pichichi" of the World Cup. This is an achievement he'll never forget.

The 24 goals he scored last season in Primera RFEF were no coincidence. He's a striker who has scoring on his mind at all times, to the point that he brings to mind Raúl González Blanco. Within the club, they're excited about him and hope that Xabi Alonso will gradually integrate him into the team's dynamics over time.

He won't have it easy

It's quite an achievement to secure a spot at the tip of Real Madrid's attack. After all, he's competing with the best in the world, but he's not afraid of anything. He also knows the season is long and the schedule is relentless.
