Freixa Asks for 12 Games for Vinícius for His Caress to Dimitrievski and Madrid

The strong reply Real Madrid has given to Freixa's request regarding the punishment that should be applied to Vinícius

The game at Mestalla ended with an agonizing victory for Real Madrid in the final minutes. Bellingham was the hero of the game after scoring a goal that has catapulted the club as the leader of LaLiga. However, most of the spotlight was taken by Vinícius Júnior due to the red card he received after his encounter with Dimitrievski.

"Section 103 of the RFEF Disciplinary Code states that assaults are punished with a suspension of 4-12 games." These were the words Toni Freixa shared on his X account to demand the maximum number of suspended games for Vinícius. In reply, Madrid has spoken out, not considering a sanction of this magnitude fair.

The situation between Vinícius and Dimitrievski goes no further than a slight touch, with the Valencia goalkeeper being the one who started it all. Making comments that haven't yet been revealed, this sanction should be faced by the goalkeeper.

An exaggerated sanction

The game at Mestalla was presented as a very complicated one for Real Madrid and for Vinícius. The Brazilian attacker, in particular, had experienced several controversies provoked by the fans or the club's own players. This occasion was no exception, with Dimitrievski being the one who started making comments that tired the Brazilian.

Despite not having committed any serious act, Vinícius was unjustly expelled from the match. Now, awaiting the sanction, Freixa has taken advantage of the situation to try to achieve a long penalty for the player.

Even so, Real Madrid has shown its confidence that Vinícius won't have to face a very severe or long-lasting sanction. If justice is to be served, the attitude of Dimitrievski, who only received a yellow card, should be studied. A more than reprehensible decision by the referee for the lack of impartiality.

The moment of justice

Having to wait for the verdict and the sanction, this is the moment for La Liga to show that it is truly fair to everyone. Dimitrievski's attitude is really what should be penalized for not following the guidelines established by the competition.
