The hidden player who could sign for Real Madrid is already looking for a house in the most exclusive area.

The information handled in the footballer's home country is more than revealing

Real Madrid knows they need to add several footballers to the current locker room at Santiago Bernabéu to become a competitive force again. In that sense, the executives led by Florentino Pérez would have asked Xabi Alonso about the necessary additions... and the Basque coach would have been very clear: one signing for each position in the defense and a midfielder who can replace Toni Kroos.

The signing of Dean Huijsen, officially announced less than 24 hours ago, would be the first step in that particular roadmap established before the Club World Cup. The operation of Trent Alexander-Arnold and the possible signing of Álvaro Carreras would also solve the full-back dilemma for the coming seasons, but the midfield remains.

In Argentina, they would have added one more name to the list of potential candidates already managed by the executives led by Florentino Pérez. The journalist Gustavo Méndez has revealed a "Scaloneta world bomb" that would place "a member of the Argentine national team in the best club in the world": Real Madrid.

The journalist from Argentine Public Television reveals that he found out about the move "because they already saw houses in Madrid, and the one who recommended the house is Julián Álvarez. This was defined with Rodrigo de Paul present", notes Méndez, reinforcing the ties of this player and highlighting him as a very important member of the current Argentine national team.

His signing fits the team

"Enzo Fernández already saw a house with Valentina Cervantes in the same area where Julián Álvarez lives", reveals Gustavo Méndez. This information from Public Television recalls that "he hasn't signed yet, they are analyzing it". That decision could take some time to yield a result that brings Enzo Fernández closer to Real Madrid.

Gustavo Méndez comments that the bond between Julián Álvarez's partner and Valentina Cervantes, Enzo Fernández's girlfriend, is strong. That's why both would have explored possible housing options for the Argentine midfielder in anticipation of his signing for Real Madrid. "They already went to see houses to buy in Madrid, the same neighborhood where Julián Álvarez lives", Méndez states.

With that information revealed in Argentina, Enzo Fernández's name is placed as a possible candidate to sign for Real Madrid. The profile of the Chelsea footballer would fit with the tactical specifications requested by Xabi Alonso to expand the midfield of Santiago Bernabéu locker room... but it is not an easy signing to complete.

Especially due to the resistance that the bosses led by Todd Boehly would put up to let go of one of Enzo Maresca's best players. Additionally, the footballer has a contract until the summer of 2032 and a market value of 75 million euros. These factors would raise the transfer to a figure, north of 100M euros, that the white executives would not see reasonable to pay for the midfielder.
