Marcus Thuram's nod to Real Madrid after shining with Inter: Mbappé involved
Inter's forward recalls Mbappé and leaves everyone surprised
Inter faced the first Serie A match of this season against Torino. The Nerazzurri want to reclaim the throne that Napoli took from them last season. They couldn't have started off better, winning and doing so with a rout.
It was a resounding 5-0 that also had the French forward, Marcus Thuram, as the main star. He scored a brace and showed that this season he wants to take his team to the top. Not only that, he also left a striking image that's being widely discussed on social media.

Thuram surprised with the way he celebrated the goals, something we've seen before. He put both hands to his face and gently gave the impression that he was wiping away invisible tears. An up-and-down movement in a peculiar way that, as we said, someone else also does.
It's Mbappé, who this season seems to have changed the way he celebrates goals. We saw it on the first matchday against Osasuna and he repeated it this past Sunday against Oviedo. A celebration that, to everyone's surprise, we've now also seen from Thuram.
A new Mbappé and not just because of the celebration
This season we've seen how Mbappé changed the way he celebrates his goals, at least for now. He's done it in the two matches that have been played, in which he's scored 3 goals. But that's not the only novelty from the Frenchman for this newly started season.

We're seeing a Kylian who's much more of a leader for the Merengue team and not just because of goals. The image he gives on the field is of being much more settled at Real Madrid. Stepping up, confirming himself as the team's main star.
We don't know if the celebration has anything to do with this new version of Mbappé. But the truth is that his start to the season is exciting for all Madridists. They hope to finally see the great player he is and who they barely saw last season.
