Morientes and Cañizares point to 2 Madridists, urge patience with one and warn the other

Both praise this footballer and point to another after his debut with Real Madrid

Real Madrid's league debut continues to generate opinions across various media outlets. The white team defeated CA Osasuna by one goal to nil and earned the first three points of the season. One of the standout names from that debut was Franco Mastantuono.

The Argentine came on in the second half and, in fact, showed great skills with the ball. He has personality, and the best part is that he is only 18 years old, so he has a very promising career ahead of him that, fortunately, he will develop at Santiago Bernabéu.

Both Santi Cañizares and Fernando Morientes have showered him with praise. The former recalled that he was the great leader of River Plate at just 17 years old. "He took the reins at River Plate and was able to be one of the team's stars at just 17 years old," he highlighted.

He is also certain that he won't play under pressure at all. "I don't think he'll be the focus at Real Madrid to the point where he plays under pressure," he assured. All of this is because he believes that he is very strong mentally and that he doesn't hesitate when it comes to taking the ball and facing opponents.

Fernando Morientes, meanwhile, decided to keep calm and temper expectations, since he points out that it is still quite early to draw conclusions. "I liked that electricity, but it's very early," he noted.

He even admits that he is excited about him. "What I saw, I liked; his desire to prove himself excites me," he concluded, before taking a jab at Trent Alexander-Arnold. "With Trent, it's the opposite for me."

This is the general feeling among Madridists. The Englishman still hasn't delivered a good performance wearing the merengue jersey, but at Valdebebas, they insist that everyone needs to keep calm. Everything requires an adaptation process, and they believe that patience must be kept with the full-back.

"Blessed" problem

Authorized voices at the club insist that Xabi Alonso has a rather positive problem for the squad. He has two very good players for the left flank, and it's a top-level luxury to have the aforementioned Trent and Carvajal. The Leganés native has been one of the best pieces of news in recent weeks at Real Madrid.
