Real Madrid Torpedoes Milan's Most Desired Signing, Florentino Wants Him Now

Both Teams Clash in the Market Over Madrid's Plans with a Signing

Real Madrid and Milan seem destined to understand each other in the market in recent years. This was seen with Brahim, who landed at San Siro before returning to Bernabéu through clauses. Theo Hernández took the opposite path in his day.

But now there is another player who is in Real Madrid's sights and is disrupting Milan's plan. It is Alex Jiménez, a full-back who is making a big impression on the Italian team. He arrived at the Rossoneri squad directly from Madrid's youth academy.

Although he belongs to Milan, the truth is that Real Madrid retained a series of buy-back clauses. They could reactivate these as they are seriously considering his return. Something the Rossoneri want to avoid since they count on him for the long term.

Fabrizio Romano has pointed out that  "Milan wants to retain Jiménez and negotiate new terms for the buy-back clauses." Meanwhile, "Real Madrid has no plans to lose control of the player." Therefore, the idea of one club and the other will be up for debate this coming summer.

Real Madrid's Future Plans with the Return of Alex Jiménez

The young 19-year-old full-back has fully blossomed this season at Milan, where he is already an important piece. A regular in the rotation, his performances have not gone unnoticed at Real Madrid. They are already making future plans and have found him a spot in the squad.

It is true that Alexander Arnold has been signed, but everything points to Lucas Vázquez possibly leaving. Additionally, Dani Carvajal is a veteran player, although he renewed for one more season. But in the medium term, they have to think about another right-back for the team.

Jiménez is one of the options that is most appealing since it wouldn't be a significant outlay and he has experience. The other possibility is Jesús Fortea, although in his case he has not yet debuted in the elite. But everything depends on the decision Real Madrid makes, considering the return of the former.
