Rodrygo's father stirs things up: message to Florentino Pérez and the suitcases at the door
Xabi is clear about it, and although he trusts him, he has left the door open for him to leave
The debate over Real Madrid's forward line, although it continues to some extent, is much more settled than some might expect. In this regard, Rodrygo seems to be the piece that stands out the most in an obviously successful bet with Mbappé. However, his father and inner circle are not at all happy with this and have expressed it to the club, which has not pleased Florentino at all.
Real Madrid's president, although he might be seen as a very convalescent person, is less so, since these kinds of things don't fit into his plans. For this reason, the young Brazilian's departure from the white team is becoming increasingly likely.
Both number 11's inner circle and the player himself have shown themselves to be extremely dissatisfied with the role he currently has in the team. This could trigger a departure from the white club in search of another project that benefits them more both financially and in sporting terms.

Rodrygo and his father are not happy
It's logical that, being a player of Rodrygo's quality and stature at Real Madrid, not playing is a tremendous ordeal. However, his performance, at least over the past two years, has been at the very least questionable due to his lack of consistency.
The Brazilian couldn't achieve more than 24 goal contributions (24) in which just over half were goals, with 51 matches under his belt. These numbers are insufficient for a right winger at the best team in the world. Moreover, although he's not the only one, his limited offensive and defensive impact are key to the decision regarding his departure.
There is talk that his departure from the club could bring in figures above €80 million for the white coffers. This money would be more than well used by Florentino to provide more solidity in other areas.
For now, no one is moving
With the Club World Cup underway and in knockout rounds, there won't be any more conclusive information about this. However, surely when they return to Madrid, things will become much more revealing.
