Simeone Adds Fuel to the Fire and Replies to Ceballos and Ancelotti: I Refer...

Simeone doesn't give up and exposes himself to the public by responding to Ceballos and Ancelotti in an unusual way

Rivalry is something that, in the world of soccer, is highly valued. Even though it often ends up being a violent act between two fan bases; however, there are very few times when you see team representatives getting into controversies. This seems to have been the case with Cholo Simeone's latest statements against Dani Ceballos once again.

The Madrid player didn't hesitate to give Simeone a wake-up call with his past statements against Madrid. In this case, the Argentine replied with words that left some people a bit thoughtful. "I refer to memory," commented the Atlético coach, referring to the game with Bayern Munich and dropping a series of hints.

Obviously, these words have caused significant controversy among the Madrid fans, who don't understand this stance. Furthermore, they once again show the way these clubs operate, where they care more about speaking ill of Madrid than about their results.

Simeone replies

This hasn't been the first time this coach has taken a jab at Real Madrid in his statements before a game of his club. In fact, this is the continuation of others that caused a lot of controversy and started this spark with players and the coaching staff.

Ceballos's latest statements, where he claims they haven't forgotten the two Champions finals lost to Madrid, seem to have hurt a lot. "When they were on another team, they thought differently," he said regarding the Seville player in a kind of hint.

This fight, which seems more about egos, seems that it won't find an end if the Madrid player decides to respond. However, once again, it shows that this coach only shows a false respect toward the Madrid fans.

He gets himself into trouble

Regardless of the Argentine's reply, the only reality is that he ends up exposing himself as anti-Madridist in front of the media. Furthermore, his arguments are based on something that is only personal perception. A series of mistakes that get him into trouble because of his own words and leave him at the mercy of criticism.
