It wasn't seen on TV, Bellingham and Arnold's gesture after Real Madrid - Juventus

Both footballers celebrated qualifying for the next round of the World Cup with euphoria

Real Madrid defeated Juventus last Tuesday by the minimum (1-0) in the round of 16. This way, the team led by Xabi Alonso advanced to the quarterfinals of the Club World Cup. After a tighter first half, the white team crushed the Italians in the second, and Gonzalo García's goal made the difference.

The Spanish forward, after a perfect cross from Trent Alexander-Arnold, scored the winning goal for the white team in the 59th minute. From that moment on, Juventus, who felt the physical effort of the first half, was no match for Real Madrid at any point. In fact, Di Gregorio's great saves prevented a bag of goals against the Italians.

Gonzalo García, the perfect replacement for Kylian Mbappé

Gonzalo's goal, scored just minutes after the restart following a precise cross from Alexander-Arnold, was enough to overcome Juventus. The victory means Real Madrid will face Borussia Dortmund in the quarterfinals, after they defeated Monterrey. However, the Germans won't have Jobe Bellingham due to his two consecutive yellow cards, so the brothers' duel won't take place.

With Xabi Alonso, Real Madrid keeps searching for the ideal play style for next season. After a group stage in which the team earned seven points out of a possible nine, the squad once again showed flashes of greater pace. A narrow victory thanks to another goal from Gonzalo García that secured their place in the quarterfinals.

The big celebration between Jude Bellingham and Arnold

With the match about to end, Jude Bellingham looked fatigued from all the effort made throughout the ninety minutes. Next to him was Alexander-Arnold, who was asking his teammates to stay calm. The British full-back's intention was for no more minutes to be played.

No sooner said than done, as the referee blew the final whistle the instant Courtois sent the ball into the Miami sky. At that moment, Trent and Jude Bellingham embraced to celebrate Real Madrid's victory. A very important win that puts the team in the quarterfinals.
