Contract renewal closed and salary record

A few weeks ago, Cadena SER reported that Vinicius had already agreed to his contract renewal until 2030 with Florentino Pérez.

The new contract makes him the highest-paid player on the squad. His previous agreement, signed in 2022, guaranteed him €75 million net in five years (€75 million), that is, €15 million per season (€15 million).

With this extension, the Brazilian will earn almost €100 million net in five years (€100 million), which means an average close to €20 million annually (€20 million). This figure even surpasses Kylian Mbappé's salary, who, according to club sources, earns about €15 million per season. Not to mention the very lucrative signing bonus he received upon arrival.

In addition, Vinicius will continue to have incentives in his contract for collective and individual titles, such as surpassing goal records or winning awards like the Ballon d'Or or The Best, an award that already earned him a bonus of two million.
